Platinum Connect – Terms of Use

Platinum Connect is an internal software system used by Platinum Dental Studio to support business communications, Facebook Page management, patient communication workflows, website enquiries, and related administrative functions.

Access to Platinum Connect is restricted to authorised users of Platinum Dental Studio. Users must use the system only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, privacy obligations, professional responsibilities, and Platinum Dental Studio policies and procedures.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any information accessed, entered, processed, or communicated through Platinum Connect is handled appropriately and only for authorised business purposes.

Platinum Dental Studio may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to Platinum Connect, or any part of the system, at any time where reasonably required for operational, security, compliance, maintenance, or business purposes.

Platinum Connect may integrate or interact with third-party platforms and services, including Meta/Facebook and other communication or technology providers. Use of those third-party services is also subject to the applicable terms, conditions, privacy policies, and platform requirements of those providers.

Nothing in these Terms of Use overrides any legal, privacy, confidentiality, or professional obligations that apply to Platinum Dental Studio or its authorised users.
