Platinum Connect – Data Deletion Instructions

Platinum Connect is an internal system used by Platinum Dental Studio to manage its Facebook Page, business communications, and related administrative workflows.

If you have interacted with Platinum Dental Studio through Facebook or another connected Meta service and would like personal information associated with that interaction to be deleted, you may submit a deletion request by contacting us at:

When making a request, please provide your name and sufficient information to help us identify the relevant interaction or record.

We will review your request and, where applicable, delete or de-identify the relevant personal information in accordance with our legal, privacy, record-keeping, security, and operational obligations.

Please note that some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, or where it forms part of a legitimate business, clinical, financial, or compliance record.

If your request relates specifically to information held directly by Meta/Facebook, you may also need to use the privacy and data-management options available through your Meta account.
